- 12 scallops
- 1 5 oz jar Eat This Bacon Marmalade
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper
- Season scallops with salt and pepper.
- Add butter and oil to a 12-inch sauté pan on high heat.
- Once the fat begins to smoke, gently add the scallops.
- Sear scallops for 1 ½ minutes in each side.
- Serve with a dollop of bacon marmalade on top of each scallop
