This breakfast recipe boasts a simplistic nature, but hangs on to bold flavor. A light spiciness bursts forth with curry notes from Gustus Vitae Taste of Thailand- accompanied by a yolky-egg goodness, sliced crispy tofu, and lightly fried crispy onion. Instructions:

  1. Pan fry onion and sliced tofu until crispy and set aside
  2. Pan fry egg to desired doneness (we recommend over medium)
  3. Generously season egg with Gustus Vitae Taste of Thailand. 
  4. Top egg with onion, tofu, and cilantro
  5. Enjoy!
