- 1 oz Palm Sugar Rich Simple Syrup
- 2 oz light rum
- 2 oz fresh lime juice
- 8 mint leaves
- Splash club soda
Muddle syrup, lime juice and mint; add rum, ice and club soda and stir. Garnish with a lime slice and sprig of mint. Quaff. Repeat.
