Cherry Time Bomb (mild heat): Made with a tart cherry base (which were picked by Founder Miranda Watson and her family) and seasoned with a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg. This sauce is perfect for roasted meats, root veggies and even ice cream! Ingredients: cherries, brown sugar, time bomb peppers, vinegar, water, salt, cinnamon & spices, xanthan gum. 9 oz bottle.
Purple Tongue (medium heat): Playing off the name of the Black Scorpion Tongue pepper used to give the sauce heat, Sundry Mornings uses beets as a dark base for this sauce. With a lot of organic garlic and other seasonings, this sauce is very rich and spicy making it perfect for almost anything you want to add heat to. Ingredients: beets, water, vinegar, garlic, salt, all spice, black scorpion tongue pepper. 8.5 oz bottle.
Hot Redhead (hot heat): Using only locally grown strawberries as the base for this sauce brings out the fruity flavor forward, followed by a kick of spice in the end. Just like Cherry Time Bomb, it can be used on a number of dishes, including desserts. Ingredients: strawberry, water, vinegar, lemon peppers, brown sugar, salt citric acid. 8.5 oz bottle.
Revenge of J's Ghost (hot heat): A more traditional hot sauce with a fresh tomato base. Put it on everything! Ingredients: tomato, jay's ghost scorpion peppers, vinegar, garlic, onion, salt. 8.5 oz bottle.
