Jam that's adulting, with just the right balance of nostalgia

The way jam and marmalade should be: sweet, delicious enough to eat alone (on a teeny spoon if that's how you like it). So we kept ours as simple as possible (that's our mantra): sweet fruit, real cane sugar, a bit of aged balsamic vinegar and/or salt to emulsify and balance the berries, and a little lemon juice to add some nice acidity and depth. That's it. We've invented a unique way to cook our fruit, combining old world French techniques with new world taste so our jam, marmalade and fruit butter tastes like real, fresh fruit and can be eaten with a variety of foods.

What's in this gift set?

Strawberry Balsamic Jam

Buttery strawberries are emulsified by the tart aged balsamic vinegar.
How do we like to eat it? It's amazing adult-style with fresh ricotta on sourdough, super adult-style, on a steak & gorgonzola sandwich, or old-school nostalgia-style on a peanut butter & jam sandwich; go nuts with it.
Want to get fancy? Strawberry Balsamic Jam pairs well with chevre, ricotta, Valdeon cheese.

Grapefruit & Smoked Salt Marmalade

Sweet, citrusy, tiny-bit bitter + salty; a "gateway" marmalade for the bitter-shy.
How do we like to eat it? Stirred into gin cocktails, dabbed on chocolate cookies, eaten with cheese & charcuterie. Yes, we have even smeared some on our hot dog buns.

Salted Caramel Apple Butter

Salty & sweet caramel is swirled into fresh New York grown apples that are cooked until they are rich and "buttery".
How do we like to eat it? Eaten with sweet potatoes or tonkatsu; baked in a cheese puff; amazing in an almond butter sandwich.
