Condiments that make your mouth go "wow"
Umami, or savory taste, is one of the five basic tastes (together with sweetness, sourness, bitterness, and saltiness). Often described as "brothy or meaty", it makes your mouth go "yum, wow, yes, give me more". Some foods have natural "umami" flavor, and we've channeled this into our Umami Condiment set by adding natural umami flavors of matcha green tea, balsamic vinegar, and celery.
